Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, PLEASE CONTACT Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCFFV Secretariat.


The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish. They will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared.
NB! We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting. Delegates are invited to pre-register through the Online Registration System (ORS) which is available on the codex website.

Date and Location

The 20th Session of the Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (CCFFV) will be held from Monday, 2nd through Friday, 6th October 2017 in Kampala, Uganda. The session will begin at 09:00 hours on Monday, 2nd October 2017.

  • Onsite Registration facilities will be open on Sunday, 1st October 2017 from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Monday, 2nd October 2017 from 8:00 to 16:00 hours
  • All meetings, registrations and other side events will take place at the venue hotel
  • Name badges will be distributed at the registration desk outside the plenary room.
  • Delegates are requested to bring their own documents to the meeting.
